Kabuto with Akoda Nari shape 
62 plate Koboshi signed by Ietsugu of the Myochin school ( 1800+ rivets of descending size ). Russet iron with Menpo. 
I think it may be of the Momoyama period or even a little earlier. 
I like this shape quite a bit.
