The saya on the katana may be genuine, but that looks like it is possibly the only bit that is?

I don't think there's anything real about these two, sorry about that! If you bought them recently, definitely try to get your money back.

Well...... it's not 19th Century ..... and it's not a 'samurai sword' because no samurai ever owned it (nor, in fact, any Japanese person, ever).

But, apart from that, you're spot on.
