Help with Japanese Katana translation of sword maker

I am trying to figure out what is written on each side of this katana. I purchased it last year. Appreciate any help.

文久元年二月日 = on a day in the second month of Bunkyū 1 (1861 CE)

 

壽孝作 = made by Toshitaka

[ROKUJURO]

Ron,

unless it is more than 606 mm long (NAKAGO not included), it is not a KATANA.

On the picture, it looks like a WAKIZASHI.
