BTW, anyone have an indication of the price of a very good undamaged katanakake in black/gold lacquer with signature of the maker and dating to the late Edo period (1825-1870)? Maker is Nakayama Komin.

It is unfortunate the petal pattern on it isn't centered, those perfectionist eyes of mine just can't be helped though. :dunno:

I think it will match. Black lacquered saya in hirumaki style.
