Can anybody tell me any info about this sword makers engraving

One more question! If you don’t mind is it normal to have a sword like this with just a name no stamps dates or anything?

Yes,

I don't have data, as I don't track blades without stamps, but I'd say at least half of all blades we see have no stamps whatsoever.  Many smiths sold directly to private sword shops, bypassing the arsenals.
