The photo l need to load is too large. The form only allows file size of 2.9 GB or less. Any ideas please on how to reduce the size. The photos are from my phone. I have used the editor option but cropping and converting to monochrome doesn't reduce file size sufficiently. Thanks in advance.

You can get a decent image down to 300kb easily and still show everything.
I really am wary of huge pics that just cost me more hosting fees. Just google free image resizers and you'll find hundreds, most online. Does it for you.
You don't need anything bigger than about 1500x1500 pixels, 96dpi.
