Need help translating Mei on old Katana

Good evening to all attahed are pics of an old katana a friend of mine has.  It appears to possibly be Shinto Period, with a straight temper line, unfortunately very tarnished blade.  Toward bottom of the Mei might be a Toshi, Nori, and then Motto.  Any help would be appreciated

Thank you Ray, you are a scholar and gentleman.  It looks like a dead ringer for the 2nd generation TadaHiro.  My friend is pleased with the translation.  Many thanks
