As per the title which clan mon this is (if any) and where could I find any extra information on it?

As Yves said, the mon with the two bars is associated with Asikaga, but Hatakeyama also used this mon. There are something like 20,000 different mon, so someone with more knowledge than me would have to help identify the other one.

Just some additional info - I forget which family was using the mon with 2 lines in a circle, however it was supposed to represent two clouds passing in front of a moon.

Some kind of bundle. I thought it might be bundled rice sheaves, but the mon with that looks a bit different. Bundled noshi (shrine decorations) as below, is a possibility but seems slightly off. Maybe the one on the far right in the image below. Anyway, throwing it out there just as a possible avenue of inquiry.

Definitely the farthest to the right
