Could someone assist? Any help is appreciated!

It's the name given to the sword.

囗龍丸   (something-ryūmaru)

Ryū means "dragon", and the "maru" indicates the word is meant as a name. I can't read the first character. There was a famous sword with the name of 龍丸 (Hiryūmaru - flying dragon). The first character in this inscription doesn't look like , though.

Possible to get a look at the other side?

Edit: Maybe 雲龍丸 (Unryūmaru - Cloud dragon).

Dear Koltira.

You didn't ask for a translation of this side so I presume you already have it as Tsuda Echizen no kami Sukehiro?  At least there will be quite a few papered examples to compare with yours.:)

All the best.
