Help needed Translating Nakago

Hello, 

    I have recently come into possession of a Naval Gunto. Despite some time studying Japanese I am having a difficult time translating Kanji on the Nakago. There are no stamps with Kanji on one side. Any help with the translation or insights about the Nakago is greatly appreciated!
