Sharper images closer up would help but it looks to depict a Mongol hunting party…….their clothes, headgear, bows etc do not immediately look Japanese to me. The landscape also looks more in a Chinese style but maybe done by a Japanese artist? Condition looks almost perfect so maybe Meiji/Taisho?
