Here is a pic from the 09 S.F. Tai kai. Gordon Robson is off to the left in suspenders and cap

in back of Fred Wiesberg's table on Sun morn.

A very fit Moses Bicera here and a very nice person as well.

thanks

Here is Bob Benson at the show also David McDonald at his table wrapping tsuba.

Brian Tschernega, habaki maker and behind him real tall, Tom Helm program chair

with the Northern Cal. Club. The man with the long beard is Mark Walburg I think

You know Brian we had such a good time at that show. I really wish you and all the other members could get to it. It's just SUCH a good time. You see a lot, learn a lot, and over time make some of the bestus friends you'll ever find. Just seeing the picture makes me grimace -- eleven more months!

PS: it's sort of difficult to see but if you look to the right of Benson and up a bit there's a guy with a white T shirt leaning against a table. That's me sitting at the table with my friend Chuck Granick and I think it's Cyrus Chan we're talking to. Not certain. And yes, that is Mark Wahlberg with the beard. He can't do the Calvin Klein adds any more unfortunately... LOL

Another one.

Morgan Yamanaka and new friend.

This is Albert Yamanaka's brother. Albert produced the much

acclaimed Yamanaka news letters.

The sword is my Rokudai Tadayoshi in its new shirasaya.

Brian,it is somewhat ironic that the man in the pic you referenced to is also

another polisher (forget his name) and he is looking at a Yasukunito owned

by the man next to him, Mark Hull, who owns every one of the Yasukuni smiths

works. That would be 12, I believe, plus some duplicates.
