As I go through the stuff for the SF show, I'm coming across fittings without mei translations and a few papers that have not been translated.
I'll keep them in this one thread, and I would really appreciate any assistance with these, for the purposed of accurate labeling for the show. To the usual suspects, you have no idea how much I appreciate all of your help, for myself and for others.

Firstly this fuchi...a really impressive item that goes with a kashira.

Then we have these papers. Just the basics of who/what would help. And the organization. Whose papers are these?

More papers. I assume older NBTHK Kicho papers? Does it say anything about school? I assume they are fairly generic as far as attribution goes?

Last for now...which dealer/oganization are these and what do they say about this tsuba?

Thanks folks!

2 More please.
Firstly, papers.

And now a set of daisho menuki. Problem is, I have no way which order they are supposed to be read in
I'll be posting these menuki in the tosogu section, as I haven' seen anything like them before and don't know if they are modern or old and why the backs are solid.

The kirimon kozuka is papered to mumei den Tokujo. A friend of mine is looking for something like this to complete a kirimon daisho. If it's going to be available before the show please message me and I'll connect the two of you.

Best regards,

Ray

@mywei, huge help! Thanks all so far, you are making this a lot easier for me
Can anyone assist with my second post above, with the tsuba and odd menuki?

And then mei on a fuchi mounted on a nice tsuka.

And then 2 x kozuka please. Will try show more pics of all of these a bit later. There aren't many more, the majority of fittings are mumei. Thanks.

1. 後藤光晴 Gotō Mitsuharu
2. 政随 Masayuki (Nara school)(He seems to be popping up a bit lately!)
3. (middle kozuka) 宗永 Munenaga (2 to choose from, one of them being Iwamoto line. The other is Katsura line)
4. (right kozuka) 亀眼 Kigan (Nara school)

You are indispensable @SteveM!
Huge thanks!

I'm going to bother you once more. The paper in my second post above? Don't need all the dimensions or technicals, just who/what they attribute it to?

I think Matt got all the salient bits in his post above - attributed to Kyo Kenjo

Mumei (kao) Kyō Kenjō
Nadekaku gata, tetsuji, kin + gin nunome zōgan, kebori

Dote mimi (arabesque pattern in nunome zōgan)

Oops...sorry @SteveM. I meant the last papers in my first post.
Yeah, that tsuba is classic Kyoto work. Very bling :)
The one I'm referring to is also very interesting. Deepest black shakudo and mixed metals. Rooster and drums. Not even sure what organization or dealer issued those.

As they say in Afrikaans, Dankie!

Getting to the last ones now, not many left I promise.
These are stunning menuki. I may consider buying them. Love these hawk.
I can see one is signed Yukimitsu. But can't make out what the other says, and if the 2 together make one mei?
