I tossed a bid on a recent auction and ended up buying.   I like it, it's very nice to my eyes.  Hoping someone can assist with the translation.  Many thanks.

Old kichō appraisal papers from May 1975 (kichō = precious) 

 

・Uchikatana saya koshirae with image of rain dragon in lacquer.

・Fuchi/kashira featuring dragon, in shakudō w/ nanako.
・Menuki featuring dragon, in shakudō
・Tsuba featuring dragon, ironwork in mokkō shape.
