WW2 Japanese winter hat

Hi I purchased this hat and am hoping someone will know what the kanji means

Middle row of second photo is "1943".  Others will have to give you the rest.  Nice hat!

中號 – Medium size

昭和十八年製 – Made in Showa 18^th year (1943)

本廠檢定 – Approved by the Head (Army Clothing) Depot

 

行田納 – Supplied by a factory in Gyoda (I’m unsure.)

like all my Japanese especially swords I’m maybe I’m too anal lol 

I would rather spend more money on something really nice  than less nice
