Nothing to do with the price of fish, but the seven-star kamon is Shichi-yo 七曜紋, for the Takayama, Hoshi and Ito families, different from the Hosokawa 9-star Mon. Not sure it's a mon there though as others are a single dot, or a triple dot, as if design features.
