Sasaki Tadashi was a true shokunin and this cup is a perfect example of his dedication to the craft. The bracken motif is beautifully scraped away from the jet black and silky smooth glaze, which gives the cup a marvelous feel in hand. This combined with its softly rounded lip makes for a perfect sipper. 4.7cm high x 6.3cm wide, in perfect condition with its original box, cloth and paperwork. $100 via PayPal F&F shipped to the USA, $120 worldwide.
