Together with tsuba "Plum and Pine Sukashi" (see topic) came 2 other tsuba.

This is the second one:

Dimensions: 8,45 x 8,31 x 0,42 cm

Weight: 131 grams

Iron and ... dots.

Possibly those are the dots, but what with the 8 holes? Too many for Udenuki-ana I think...

Usually holes like that symbolize a worm eaten effect, but those aren't perfectly round. There are also exactly 2 per leaf, which can't be a coincidence.

But still don't know what the holes are for... 😉
