Indeed. Japanese dealer, very strange as most are very upfront.. well , to my experience

Don’t know, with this photo I would think it is only ware, show the other side.

Enlarged…..looks like a chip with a crack coming off it with old rust remains in the crack. The other side would be interesting.

I requested a photo of the other side. Will post it if I receive it.. this is just not a good place to have any kind of flaw IMHO
