I have a question about this bag it supposed to be a Japanese anyone

Google app has it as 2nd (?) emergency kit (or urgent care). I'm looking at how clean the writing is and how the strap isn't frayed at all. Is this new?

I agree the bag itself looks like it has some age. The writing and the strap would concern me a little. They don't seem to have the same age as the bag.

Himmm this dealer says it’s all  original 

I also search on line and found another like it  I agree about the kanji though
