help with fittings maker please

I have a fuchi signed Goto Mitsuyuki or Ko??  (with personal seal)   or maybe it is read differently.

 

I can't find anyone using those kanji in Kinko Meikan or Haynes index. I see some Mitsuyoshi (different second kanji) that have a similar seal

 

i am probably missing something simple.

Last Kanji looks like it has been added at a different time?

Gotō Mitsuyuki (後藤光幸) is correct.

This is the name used by Mitsumasa (光理) as a young man, according to Wakayama (p.159)
