Looking for Mihara katana

In the works of purchasing my second nihonto, and I'm looking hard at Bingo Mihara (Ko-Mihara and Chu-Mihara).

All are within my budget atm, but they appeal for different reasons. The first has (for me) a good length and good activity (also tickles my fancies by the hoso-suguha). Disadvantage is it being a auction piece (which means it might go over my budget by alot). Second has koshirae and seem have as good activity. Third one (also the cheapest) seem to be rougher but has good length and sori.

 

Any suggestions of which one of the three would be suitable (all three are suitable in their own way though).

 

Looking to study and expand my knowledge, not after "re-sell value".
