Recent I buy a long type 98 Gunto we this old koto blade 281/2 inch Nagasa I never see a signature kanjis like this before and any opinion if is genuine or possible gimei will be helpful Alaen:

I think everyone will be as lost as you are. Its not a mei, and I don't have any idea what it might be. 

大海雪 (Great Sea Snow) makes no sense to me. It's not a surname or location name, it isn't a dedication, it isn't a date, and it doesn't sound like a very good "sword name". 大海雲 (Great Sea Cloud) is a possibility, but that is equally as opaque. 

 

Anyway, my best guess is that the inscription had some personal meaning to the owner, and unfortunately without any documentation/provenance that meaning is now lost on us. You say its a koto blade - has this been authenticated, or are you making an educated guess?
