Ogh, very fat, straight with some small taper... Even though its a waki, Kambun shinto is a likely option. Better guess needs closeup of boshi, nakago and activity.

IMHO what we are seeing in this picture is not the hamon, but the yakiba outline.  The apparent hamon (the white line) is the overspillof the hadori...
