tsuba signature

Hello,

Could anyone  please help me translating a tsuba signature…I suppose it is in soshu  script. 3 kanji:  Ichi (or I. or kazu). /. ? / Tsukuru?

 

It is on an iron tsuba. Most probably end EDO. Voluntary corroded to imitate old Katsushi tsuba?

Could be 一正作 - Kazumasa saku (or Issei saku, or other ways to pronounce it)
