Does the metal polish come with the blade?

I have also posted a picture of one of my blades and in the background a metal polish is visible. 
But it has nothing to do with my Nihonto and is there because I did not put it away. 
It could be a little fast to judge but if I want to sell a blade I would make better pictures :laughing:
