Hi,

Is a horse carved on the Kozuka?

This poem is a Haiku-poem.

 

水音に馬のあゆまぬ暑さかな
"mizu oto ni uma no ayumanu atsusa kana"
Meaning :
It's so hot, even the horse listening to the sound of the water stop walking.
