Ko Boshi Kabuto
64 plates with 26 Boshi per plate ascending from large to small. 1664 Boshi
Believed to be Myochin work , could be early Edo or a little earlier ( Momoyama )
Liner intact so not sure if signed 
Wood Edo period Dragon Maidate 
Very heavy construction

If I count well, it has 25 koboshi per row.    Thus it could be Saotome, but the mabezashi points in the direction of Haruta.    Certainly edo, I guess second part 17th

Hi Gary, nice helmet.  You can buy an endoscope from ebay fairly cheap.   You can put the camera in through the tehen.   Have a look at the construction and you may see a mei.  Mark
