I have seen a few inro decorated with tsuba images but this is the first Shibayama tsuba shaped inro I have seen.

They did to some extent when i first came up. My money none nowadays

The box reminded me of a wall plaque I bought a few years ago [I think it was for a house "number" sort of thing?] I still haven't found a place to use it.
