Well, I start with something, to get the ball rolling…

 

First is maybe “東英軒美禄” + kao. It might read Tōeiken Yoshifuchi, but I’m not sure about the reading of the first and last kanji of the group in this context. If I’m right (no references found on my limited library) it could be Mito?!

 

Please correct me!

Thanks to all for your help with these.

I’m still trying to navigate through the thousands of kanji and don’t know how to begin to translate items.Any tips would be greatly appreciated

Pete, the only thing I can say is forget the thousands and start with one. Step by step one gets to Rome.

At the bottom of one of yours above,

作 = Saku (make/made)

...or in verb form Tsukuru 作る (to make) :popcorn:
