Ben,

the second KANJI is certainly MITSU, but the photo does not allow to identify the first one - at least not for me! Perhaps make a better (= magnifying) photo?

Sorry I’m not home for 2-3 days for christmas so I can’t post better photos.

 

I looked into it and it does look like the kanji for Norimitsu ( not that I know who it is?)
