I know very little about WWII blades. I could only find one other example with the Forge’s name.

So, I assume that there was a Forge with the name somewhere in Japan, and Yoriyoshi (maybe Enomoto Yoriyoshi (榎本頼吉)) from Shizuoka was one of smiths at the Forge.
