Another ask for help with a Wakizashi

Yes, it is not NBTHK certified - just that registration paper (which, if I understand correctly, is given no matter if the sword is real or it is a fake).

And this is why I'm asking for your opinion... :)

Here's one more image I have - maybe it helps.

The Torokushu is only for real Japanese swords, other swords made of steel longer then 30cm would be illegal in Japan. 
 

But the Torokushu is not a statement about if the signature is right, it could be Gimei. 
 

From the pictures I think the Nakago was cleaned what reduces the value of the blade. 
Also the fittings look over cleaned in my opinion.
