Hida no Kami Ujifusa Wakizashi Sayagaki Translation Help

Hello there, this is my first post and I need some help translating this Sayagaki. I know the last 5 characters are Hida no Kami Ujifusa, but I'm unable to read the first four characters along with the characters to the left and top right. Thank you in advance for your help. I will also include pictures of the blade for your enjoyment.

濃州関住飛騨守氏房 – Noshu Seki ju Hida no kami Ujifusa

長サ壱尺三寸 – Length; 1-shaku 3-sun

 

BTW, the actual mei on the nakago is

飛騨守藤原氏房 – Hida no kami Fujiwara Ujifusa .

Thank you for your reply. Please excuse my ignorance, as I'm new to this, but do you know what Noshu Seki ju means or what it's referring too? 

 

Also, yes I was aware of what the mei read

“Noshu Seki ju” means “Living in Seki of Noshu".

濃州 (Noshu) = 美濃国 (Mino no Kuni = Mino province).

 

Present Seki city in Gifu prefecture
