I’m loving this kyo Gunto command saber. I compared the guard to a legit one and it is identical but the blade is throwing me off 🤔 There is no fake acid etching and the blade itself looks janky

If the hammered over pin at the end of the pommel is still intact and unmolested,  then it is highly unlikely the blade is not genuine and much more likely it is original and genuine as the rest of the ensemble.

As you know there is a lot of variation when it comes to type 19 parade sword. This one seems to be of higher quality. It might be custom made for someone with more monney/or higher grade. Western style blade are possible on parade sword and I see some interresting thing like the « mouth » of the scabard that is different.
