Dear Antonio.

 

I reply just to get the thread picked up by others.  Could we see a shot of the bare blade, the whole thing?  So far my money is on late Koto, pre 1600.

兼 = Kane

吉 = Yoshi

The signature is Kaneyoshi. There were 7 or more Kaneyoshi from Mino province that signed this way. I agree this is older than 1600's, but need better pictures.
