Can anyone help me to identify the sword's master?

Hello!

I have bought new sword recently and experiencing difficulties in recognising the master's name. I managed to guess 3 hieroglyph out of 4, but still can not google the name. Maybe somebody has any ideas about the missing hieroglyph or know the name of the master?
