伊藤政備 Itō Masatomo (could also be read other ways; Masanobu, Masanari, etc..) Wakayama lists him as a late Edo period metalworker, but unfortunately doesn't list the exact reading.

Based on the information you brought to me, this 伊藤政備, might be read as Ito Masanari. There is one from the Odawara Ito school being the adopted son of Masanari first generation and a student of MasaTsugu who signed this way. He is one of the two listed in Haynes under reference 04293 and 04294.
