Unable to find a smith named ‘Terutomo’ as the card alleges, would it be safe to say that I need to apply for a new card for Mutsu no Kami ‘Terumasa’? 輝政

Had three of four blades with torokusho definitely issued to another sword. 

Probably 20% had signatures misspelled or other big issues.

Did not pose the issue until they needed to be exported. Lets hope Japanese police's special kantei unit does not read the board.
