Naginata shin-shinto Full Length Pole Arm

aquiFull length pole naginata. Around 1761.

7ft 5inch length complete

Hard to find full length Pole Arm for sale.

At this time, I think they went back to Kamakura period shape

Unsigned, not papered.

Could use a polish but hamon is full and reflective . Hamon curls over the kissaki and down the mune for some length.

Lower hamon looks like horse teeth pattern while upper is wide suguha.

A nice find in a pleasing shape

Extra ship charge on this one. Pole ships in PVC tube and the blade ships separate.

I bought this naginata and it arrived today

A very smooth transaction. The blade and pole were well wrapped which can be quite tricky

Nice that it went straight through customs - a bonus

As the images posted the blade was in a healthy condition and a nice shape
