Unknown Posted September 27, 2022 Report Posted September 27, 2022 It is supposedly from ww2 but don’t know much about it. I’ll appreciate the person who can verify this. Thanks. Quote
David Flynn Posted September 27, 2022 Report Posted September 27, 2022 You need to post better photos. The Nakago (Tang) is upside down and difficult to read. Quote

Bruce Pennington Posted September 28, 2022 Report Posted September 28, 2022 Might have been brought home from the war, but that's not a WWII sword. Much older. Still could have been used during the war, of course. Better pics of the saya (scabbard) might help, but it looks like a civil one, maybe wrapped like that to protect it? Quote
Unknown Posted September 28, 2022 Author Report Posted September 28, 2022 In the condition this blade is, approximately how much is worth? Quote

Jacques Posted September 29, 2022 Report Posted September 29, 2022 Mei seems legit, this sword deserves to be shown to real experts (probably the hardest to find outside of Japan). Quote
