Hi,

I have this fitting and the name Iwamoto Konkan has been mentioned a lot as the maker. I’ve heard there are a lot of fakes out there though, does any one know how I would tell if this is real? Thank you

Hi Chris,

The fuchi is real but the signature may be a forgery. As is often said here, the work confirms the signature, not the other way round. Show us the work, please.
