Typ 98 Gunto / Is this blade traditional or industrial, who is the blacksmith?

Hello,

Is there anybody, who could translate the engraving on the handle?

The blade is on a gunto Typ 98, I wonder if it´s an old family one, or a WW2 smith on, or a cheap industrial one.

Look at the photo.

More photo's needed of the complete blade with some detail shots.... But if that is the original condition of the tang, then it is a WW2 era blade. What's on the other side?
