Unfortunately, the box became separated from the blade within the past few years when it was sold at a show somewhere on the West Coast I believe. If you have the box I'd be anxious to see them reunited. If you know its whereabouts I'd be happy to hear from the present owner or to have my interest passed along so that if not now, perhaps someday we can get them together again.
