What are the mounts Mark? Any evidence that this nakago was altered - looks like you have a place name, a family name (Ono) but no first name - on the ura the Michi? may be the start of the owners name? now cut off?

吹毛且不動 小野  (rest is cut off)

Suimō katsu fudō Ono-

Suimō means sharp ("sharp enough to cut a hair by just blowing on the hair and letting it fall on the blade")

Fudō in this context presumably means unbreakable.

So "Sharp and unbreakable Ono---"
