Goto Ichijo Kozuka

Can anyone tell me what the names mean on this Kozuka.  I have the translation but I don't know why Goto Ichijo would list names that don't seem to be related to him.  Thanks

It's a piece commissioned by the person mentioned; Yoshida something. 

There is some question about the kanji in the middle of the name, which is why it is left blank on the certificate, and is noted as a question mark on the Aoi site. So Gotō Ichijō is inscribing the name of the person who requested the piece. "Made at the request of Yoshida ～"

Any idea what the ridge at the left of Fuji represents?  Maybe it just is a ridge?

Looks like just a ridge or a tree line or mist. Not really enough info to say definitively.

Flags or standards fluttering in the wind???  The rhs object seems to be attached to a seat/stool???

Right hand object is a long banner that has escaped it’s anchorage and blown away. Left hand suggests a tree or shoreline in the mist……probably a known viewpoint of Fujisan…..just my opinions! All the best. Colin
