Hi all,

 

Here is a nice original 1897 Ukiyo-e by famous artist Toyohara Chikanobu, one of "Chiyoda outer palace" series (Edo castle), representing differentscenes at the time of the shogunate.

This one represents warriors practicing Kenjutsu in front of the Shogun. Very impressive depiction !
