A Tsuba made by Yamashiro Kunifushimi (?)

Goodmorning, sirs,

I have bought a pair of misterious tsubas, coming from Tattori prefecture: this is the first one..

I don't know if the signature is genuine or from a copier, but I find interesting that the tsuba has writings over both the sides...

Why? Has anybody any idea?
