As you all know the 47 Rōnin story is often called the 忠臣蔵 Chūshingura. (Lit. The Treasury of the Loyal Retainers.)

Well, this company has named itself ChūshinGakuseifuku, or Loyal Retainer School Uniforms. 
I think it is time to allow the mind to imagine any subconscious associations, rather than attempt to spell anything out. And they will surely be the reasons behind the choice of company name.
