Hi all, I would like to sell my Wakizashi Suishinshi Masahide. I already put it on ebay. You can find more picture and information on ebay link:

Antique Nihonto Japanese Sword Wakizashi Suishinshi Masahide水心子正秀NBTHK Paper | eBay

Made by Suishinshi Masahide水心子正秀
Suishinshi Masahide was claimed to be one of the three most skilled swordsmiths in the EDO period (1603-1868).
He was mainly known for initiating the Shin-Shinto movement by introducing the old way of sword craftmanship from earlier eras such as Kamakura and Muromachi, to Edo’s evolving swordsmith industry.

The blade is old polished and there are some visible rusty dimples (kuchikomi) and stains on the blade.
There is a 5mm hair line crackle (yaki-ware) near the monouchi but difficult to see.
This is an antique made in hundreds of years ago. There are imperfections or blemishes due to aging.
